Below are the training titles and descriptions for each CCSN Cultural and Individual Diversity training. After you have determined which trainings you are interested in ordering, select the number of tests and answer keys you will need for each. Only one answer key is needed for each training per facility. Each test includes a certificate of completion per child care staff.

Respecting Different Cultures
Race and ethnicity is an admittedly tricky subject to discuss, but when teachers sidestep the issue and selectively ignoring children's natural curiosity, we actually "teach" them that some differences are not acceptable. By failing to attach positive value to certain differences, we leave children to absorb the biases of society. Given the often negative biases and prejudices, do we really want to risk doing that?
